Our beachfront and hillside villas & cottages are privately owned and locally managed. Villas are available in either 1 or 2 bedroom plans and offer full kitchens, many with washer and dryer. The cottages are available in studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms and offer kitchenettes. Decorated and designed with tropical charm, amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathrooms, televisions, wireless internet access, and cellular phone rentals.

Our villas and cottages are located at the Palm Bay Beach Club and have full access to all the beach club's amenities including two swimming pools, beachfront access, on-site restaurant, beach chairs, pool chairs, umbrellas, water sports equipment, and more.
